You will be accountable to:

  • Serve as trusted advisor and subject matter expert to the business/technology and business partners including senior leadership and external partners on IAM related items
  • Develop Access Management Standards/Processes, define IAM security architecture and develop patterns for IAM solutions
  • Lead execution of key IAM initiatives including Privileged Access Management, access automation and generic ID management
  • Manage intake with project, business and technology teams to understand IAM requirements for new applications or major update of existing applications to ensure projects align with IAM roadmap and translate to IAM solutions
  • Design solutions, review documentation (e.g. flow charts, processes..) and provide training for IAM Ops team for execution
  • Provide oversight to application onboarding to IAM tools  and SME directions
  • Support the development of ISRM IAM projects and jump in and support/lead ad-hoc projects when needed
  • Stay abreast of new technologies, trends and issues in the EIAM and CIAM, including current technologies, platforms, standards, authentication methodologies, privacy expectations, and ethical guidelines
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and proactively build channels of communication across business units to ensure collaboration and achievement of organizational objectives to improve products and processes

Your experience includes:

  • University Degree, Computer Science, MIS or a related field. Information Security Certification CISSP or equivalent. Cloud certification (e.g. CCSP) is an asset
  • 5+ year of related industry experience and solid understanding of the end-to-end information technology (IT) process, including architecture, design & engineering, implementation, and operations
  • Proven track record of increasing responsibility for positioning and delivering Security Architecture for IAM technologies and processes across large complicated organizations
  • Experience performing security design reviews to assess access management security implications for introduction of new or differing technologies within the environment
  • Experience with implementation/operations of Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management and Access Management tools. Experience with creating IAM strategy, roadmap and access management standards
  • Experience with end to end identity life cycle management and role based access including provisioning, onboarding and access review
  • Demonstrated ability to participate in complex, comprehensive or large projects and initiatives. And ability to serve as a lead expert resource in access management controls and information security for project teams, the business, organization and outside vendors
  • Experience with Windows Active Directory, Azure AD, key authentication protocol (e.g. SAML, OAUTH2, LDAP, RADIUS…etc)
  • Knowledge of information security standards (e.g., PCI DSS, NIST CSF, ISO 27002, etc.), rules and regulations related to information security and data protection
  • Subject matter expertise in access management controls, end point security controls, network security controls, operating system environments (Microsoft/Linux) and cloud PAAS/IAAS
  • Experience with Microsoft Office based products and solutions, including Office 365
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
